Invitation to Industrial Energy Management Best Practice Guideline Review Session

The NCPC-SA and the CSIR invite stakeholders to participate in a virtual session to review best-practice guidelines developed to help industrial parks and Special Economic Zones (SEZs) establish practical, site-level energy strategies.

Developed under the Sustainable Energy Solutions for Industrial Development (SESID) project, the guidelines draw on established international and South African standards, existing NCPC-SA and UNIDO material, and lessons from site energy transition roadmaps developed through the programme.

The session will provide industrial park and SEZ management and tenant companies an opportunity to make input to the guidelines and provide feedback on their practical application, ensuring that the material meets the needs of users.
