Training Programme Type
Please select the type of training you are interested in. If you are unsure which programme is appropriate, select the option that best describes your needs and the NCPC-SA team can advise you.
Introductory Training
A 1-day, classroom-based introduction to selected specialist disciplines. In some disciplines, completion of the introductory programme is required before delegates can attend the corresponding End-User Training.
End-User Training
A 2- or 3-day, classroom-based programme providing an advanced introduction to a specific discipline or skill set. No formal entry requirements apply; attendance is based on the delegate’s professional need or interest.
Expert Level Programmes
Advanced vocational training combining theoretical instruction with practical workplace assignments. Practical assignments are completed in real workplace environments at participating host plants.
Supplementary Theoretical Courses
2- or 3-day classroom-based courses designed as bridging or refresher training. Some may also be required before entry into Expert Level Training Programmes. Suitably qualified and experienced delegates with engineering backgrounds may be exempt from this requirement.
