Industrial Water Efficiency Project
The Industrial Water Efficiency (IWE) Project promotes the transformation of industrial water use practices in South Africa to reduce water consumption and improve industrial water effluent quality.
Through the development of tools and guides, the NCPC-SA aims to build capacity in industry to improve its water efficiency, whilst water assessments and implementation support are available to companies at a plant level.
The NCPC-SA draws on the expertise of its key partners including the CSIR Water Centre and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) with whom they have developed water tools and guides.
