The NCPC’s most foundational training course has been developed as an eLearning course. The enhanced course content has been customised for self-learning on a digital platform and aims to ensure that participants gain the latest industry practices and methodologies in RECP, at their own pace and in their own space.
The 24-hours theoretical course is presented into short video lessons facilitated by NCPC trainers to equip participants with RECP knowledge and tools that can be implemented at project level.
This development supports the NCPC’s ongoing goal of expanding its reach and impact, especially among candidates and organisations who previously faced barriers to attending in-person or scheduled online sessions due to their schedules or location.
According to NCPC Skills Development Project Manager, Inga Magodla, “Learners will benefit from the convenience of self-paced learning, with automatic tracking of progress and built-in registration and payment systems. This makes the training easier to access and more affordable for candidates.”
