EIP Concept and Master Plan Review Workshop – Isithebe IP

The National Cleaner Production Centre South Africa (NCPC-SA), in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), will host a workshop to review the progress of implementing eco-industrial park (EIP) concept and master planning following an inductive workshop in 2024 at Isithebe Industrial Estate.

Workshop objectives

• Review the progress of implementing customised EIP concept plans for Isithebe Industrial Estate, focusing on its specific priorities.
• Discuss and coordinate on the implementation of prioritised concept/master plan opportunities for Isithebe Industrial Estate.
• Identify, scope and action plan value-added services for tenant companies in iSithebe Industrial Estate, using UNIDO’s EIP Management Services Tool to strengthen the services provided by Ithala.

• Management team of the Isithebe Industrial Estate
• Key stakeholders involved in the operation and strategic planning
• Project team (NCPC-SA and UNIDO)
